The members of Tin Goose have all been investing together for years through numerous ventures.
Most recently, Owen served as Chairman of Prime Home Care, a home healthcare business sold to a strategic buyer. Prior to Prime, Owen was the CEO of AFN, a logistics business successfully sold to Globaltranz. Owen also previously worked in the investment management business at Robert W. Baird. Owen serves on the boards of Black buffalo, a consumer products company; PVone, a real estate investment business; Integrity Express Logistics, a logistics business; and Eve Atlas, a logistics investment firm. Owen received a BS in Finance from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Prime Home Care. Prior to that Nolan was an Associate at a leading middle market Private Equity Firm, Gryphon Investors in San Francisco, where he helped lead investments into the Software space. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division in Chicago. Nolan received a BA in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Southern California.
Most recently served as CEO of Prime Home Care, an Ohio based home health care business. Prior to Prime, Ben worked at Medline Industries, Inc. Ben has a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
Most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development for a national homecare services provider. Previously, he was part of Truist Bank's investment banking division, where he advised healthcare services clients on debt, equity, and M&A transactions. Alan’s early career experience includes roles in enterprise technology consulting and sales. He holds a BS in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Jim founded Hays Companies in 1994 and served as Chairman and CEO until the ultimate successful sale to Brown & Brown. In addition to Hays Companies, Jim owns a multitude of insurance companies, banks, and other financial institutions. He has also made a number of successful investments in logistics and healthcare businesses including Prime Home Care and Recover Home Health. Jim received a BS in Finance and an MBA from The University of Minnesota.
